How do I set up an account?

Click top right side of the header on the person icon, then click on register. As an extra layer of security, you'll be asked to include an email address in order to verify your account.

Is High Test Gummies secure?

Yes we are! We offer secure payment through the Bankful payment gateway.  Bankful is Level 1 PCI Compliant which is the highest standard for online payment security.

Do you offer free returns?

What States do you ship to?

We can't ship to all 50 states. We're so sorry! 

We're unable to ship to a few states that have state regulations that do not allow the online sale of hemp products.  Please contact your state representative to change that!

Something is missing from the order?

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at info@hightestgummies.com and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.

How do I cancel my order?

If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, we'll do our best to cancel the order before it's processed. However, we ship very quickly! Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order. Please reach out to us at info@hightestgummies.com.
