Free and Easy Returns!

• Contact us at returns@hightestgummies.com to start the return process.
• Ensure you have your proof of purchase or receipt ready to assist us in processing your return.

• Carefully package the items you are returning in the original packaging or another secure manner, including the invoice or order slip.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a return notification email.
• We will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

• Refunds beyond the 30-day threshold may be granted at the sole discretion of High Test Gummies.
• We cannot accept returns on items not purchased directly from hightestgummies.com. For products purchased from a third-party (e.g., brick-and-mortar store or online distributor), please return products with proof of purchase directly to the third-party, subject to their return policy. If you encounter any problems with your vendor, please let us know.
• We will not refund or replace items purchased from unauthorized sellers (eBay, Etsy, etc.).
• We reserve the right to refuse returns on orders for any reason.

• Free shipping is provided for all returns within the United States of America, excluding any territories, holdings, other land or vessels, and military bases outside of the 50 states.

• Everyone’s experience with CBD and THC is different, and there is no guaranteed or standard reaction. Some people may find a small amount to be effective, while others may require more depending on their body and circumstances, such as existing tolerance.
